MR46E is an enterprise wireless network router for indoor use, and allows connections to various external antennae with unique radiation patterns. I was the lead PD engineer for this project. I was responsible for the product satisfying the PRD, the mechanical design, design for manufacturing, testing verification, and mechanical program management of this access point. 
Accomplishments
-Calculated statistical tolerance analysis to reduce product thickness by 15% from previous generation
-Utilized Creo surfacing to re-create the industrial designer's concept with C2 continuous curvature
-Designed enclosure and specified thermal interfaces to run at 30 W in 50 °C ambient temperature
-Designed the lightpipe to reduce hot spots and improve consistency, achieve color brightness and reduce light leakage
-Ensured tight clearances, cosmetic gaps, and cosmetic steps
-Improved injection molded plastic cosmetic issues, such as sink marks and gate flow marks
